For the past two years working at an agency, I've become a highly versatile product designer who leads end-to-end design cycles with a core focus on building mobile experience. I can be stretched thin to do user research or visual design and take on PM responsibilities such as strategic thinking and communication when my team needs it. Working at startups makes me comfortable facing the uncertainty from organizational changes or priority shifts and adapting my design approach accordingly.
My strength lies in architecting possibilities, synthesizing large data set (for design exploration and user research), and optimizing team collaboration and processes for efficiency. In my next role, I'm looking to build products that connect with my value system (so I can advocate for users with my heart & soul) with a team that constantly challenges and nurtures their teammates and team culture with psychological safety and trust.
Webflow is where I encountered website design (back in 2016) and built my first portfolio. Since then, I've been a happy Webflow user and witnessed how the product has evolved over the past five years.
