My manager once described me as a talented and enthusiastic product designer who approaches design challenges with an open mind. And I agree with her. A snapshot of my work style? I clearly communicate my thought processes, ship fast, and love to iterate based on input and feedback. I keep my head in the cloud and my feet on the ground, sometimes stretching myself too thin.
Having complex problems to solve makes me get off my bed every morning. On my current team, I design for a complicated IoT ecosystem that requires systems thinking across 3 different platforms (digital and physical). One of my most important contributions to this team was being able to create a detailed user experience that factors in all the critical nuances in each level of the system for multiple user groups from entry points. Building a comprehensive yet easy-to-use platform is nothing simpler than designing for an IoT system. Yet, I’m confident that my experience and skillset can help your team craft a system that empowers those leaders in a variety of different fields (especially in education).
